USC PEER TUTORING

Students at USC are supported in every way imaginable, including by one another. The college also provides a variety of resources to help students succeed. Because of this, USC Peer Tutoring services are provided by students' peers. 

If you are, however, experiencing difficulty with a particular class, you may seek assistance from older students who have been suggested by the relevant academic department. This service is available at no cost to any student who has registered for classes at the College. Moreover, academic assistance is also provided by peer tutors to students in the form of encouragement and advice drawn from their own personal experiences. The tutoring process at USC consists of going over previously covered material with the student and working through the questions together. There is even supplementary assistance provided for pupils who have learning difficulties.

WHY IS PEER TUTORING NEEDED ?

Peer tutoring at USC is typically more effective for students, especially when there are limited resources and staff is in high demand. Our Students can benefit from one another's knowledge while also developing their own through peer learnin- It essentially gives students more practise than traditional teaching approaches provide.
